Cancellation Policy

Policy Review: Please arrive on time. Stylist holds the right to cancel any client that is more than 15 mins late. After 15 mins, $25 late fee will apply to balance of services. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. All Appts must be cancelled or rescheduled by text to 267-230-1930. Stylist cannot guarantee appointment dates due to cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments will be rescheduled with 1st available appointment date. No Call, No Show & multiple cancellations or rescheduled appointments will result in future appointments denied. No Exceptions!
